An example of the work we can support

Every enquiry, with a next step.

This is how a website enquiry could move to your contact records, review and follow-up. The scope defines the available channels and actions.

Your business · Enquiry #024Example · fictional data

Illustrated walkthrough of enquiry #024. Each step is described in the text below.

01 / 04

Someone contacts you through their preferred channel.

Ana M. writes through your website, asks on WhatsApp or calls. Whichever channel she uses, the enquiry is recorded as #024, with its source and request. If an AI assistant handles it, it identifies itself from the first message.

How we price projects

Your custom project.Its price, fixed.

Know what we will build, what it costs and the timeframe before you commit. The price is fixed for the agreed scope; any additional work is priced and accepted before it starts.

Structure of each proposal

What you will see in your proposal

  1. What you receive

Deliverables, acceptance criteria and agreed timeframe.

  2. What is included

Included revisions and delivery tracking from your account.

  3. How it is calculated

Complexity, work, providers and integrations. We suggest phases where useful.

  4. How you pay

Deposit on acceptance and balance on delivery approval; milestones for longer projects.

  5. Ongoing costs

Hosting, AI usage and external services, itemised and in your name where possible. Optional maintenance.

  6. What you keep

Deliverables, access, data and transfer terms, in writing.

  • Reviewed by a person before it is sent
  • Accept the exact version you read
  • Start with the deposit, materials, access and capacity confirmed

What affects the cost

  • Workflow complexity

Steps, decisions and exceptions to resolve. Recording an enquiry involves less work than handling it.

  • Integrations and permissions

Each connection adds access requirements, terms and sometimes third-party costs. Each is assessed separately.

  • Content and materials you already have

Ready copy, branding, data and access reduce the work. Missing items become part of the scope.

The assistant helps define your idea. An estimate gives guidance; the reviewed quote sets the price and terms.

Pablo

  • Founder
  • Español · English
  • In writing

I'm Pablo, the founder of Taldrivo. I review your quote and oversee delivery. You have someone to ask, in English or Spanish, and a place to follow progress.

We work mainly in writing so you can review each decision at your own pace. If it makes sense to use a tool you already have or begin with a small phase, we include that in the proposal.

What you can expect

  • The assistant identifies itself as AI in every conversation. From the first message, in English or Spanish.
  • Sensitive actions wait for your approval. We agree what can be automated and what needs your review.
  • You can always ask to speak to a person. Ask and I will continue the conversation in writing.
  • A written proposal before any commitment. Scope, exclusions, amounts and milestones, reviewed by me.
  • Work is mainly asynchronous. If a call is needed, we arrange it.

Prepare my project quote

The AI assistant helps you define it; I review the proposal.

Before you start

Get your questions answeredbefore you commit.

Price, timing, scope and delivery: what to expect when preparing a project with us.

  • What if I do not know what I need yet?

Describe what you want to improve or build. You do not need to choose the technology: we review your process and propose a solution or an initial phase with a defined scope.

  • Do I need to replace the tools I already use?

Not necessarily. We review what is worth keeping and what can be connected. Each integration depends on that tool's permissions, terms and costs, and is specified in the proposal.

  • Is the quote a fixed price?

Yes, for the scope and terms of the reviewed proposal you accept. If you request additional work, we agree its price and timing before starting it. Included revisions, maintenance and external service costs are identified separately. See how we price projects.

  • When will I know the delivery timeframe?

In the proposal, before you commit. It also defines when the timeframe starts: once the deposit, materials, access and capacity are confirmed. Timing depends on the project; a website and an application with several integrations involve different work.

  • What happens to my data?

The proposal and privacy terms specify the data needed, the providers and the hosting. Your team has access according to their roles. You can request export or deletion, subject to applicable retention limits. Use fictional data in this preview.

  • What do I receive at the end, and what happens next?

The deliverables and access listed in your proposal, with criteria for checking them. We also agree the documentation, data, domain where applicable and transfer terms. Maintenance is optional and purchased separately.

  • Are these examples real clients?

No. The labelled scenes use fictional data to explain what can be built. Example documents are not Taldrivo quotes. This website and the client area are our own development; no client case studies have been published yet. Explore the examples.

  • What happens when I select “Prepare my project quote”?

The AI assistant opens to help define your idea. You can ask questions and clarify details without giving your email. To request a quote, open a project in your account and add your idea and materials there. An estimate is indicative; Pablo reviews the final quote before it is issued. A conversation does not generate it automatically or commit you to a purchase.

Have another question?

You can ask before preparing an enquiry and request that Pablo continues the conversation.
