We study your workflow and define what to build: a website that collects enquiries, a CRM for follow-up or software that connects the work. Scope, fixed price and terms are set out in a reviewed proposal before you commit.

What we build
Nothing quite fits? A new app, an internal tool or another idea: describe it in your own words and we will assess how to build it.

An example of the work we can support
This is how a website enquiry could move to your contact records, review and follow-up. The scope defines the available channels and actions.
Illustrated walkthrough of enquiry #024. Each step is described in the text below.
01 / 04
Ana M. writes through your website, asks on WhatsApp or calls. Whichever channel she uses, the enquiry is recorded as #024, with its source and request. If an AI assistant handles it, it identifies itself from the first message.
The enquiry moves into Contacts with the essentials together: who is asking, where it came from, what they need and the next step. The system suggests Thursday at 17:30, a free slot in your calendar. Nothing has been sent yet.
Confirming an appointment is a commitment to a customer, so it waits for your approval. Confirm it with a tap or reply in your own words. Once confirmed, the enquiry becomes “Confirmed” and the reply to Ana is ready to go through the same channel.
With the appointment confirmed, the system creates the task “Prepare visit · Thursday”, notifies your team and schedules a reminder for Ana the day before. In a real project, each external action follows the authorisation agreed with you.

How we work
Know the scope, price and timeframe before you commit. Then follow deliveries from your account and resolve questions in writing.
Define your idea with the assistant and open a project in your account to request a proposal.
A summary you can correct
Pablo reviews the deliverables, fixed price, timeframe and terms. You decide whether to accept the proposal.
Versioned proposal
The timeframe starts once the deposit, materials, access and capacity are confirmed. Follow each delivery from your account.
Delivery history
Check the result against the agreed criteria. After acceptance and payment of the balance, we hand over or publish with your authorisation.
Optional maintenance agreed separately
Website and contacts for Your business
Ready for reviewYour turn: review the delivery.
If you approve it, we will request the balance and publish when you authorise it.
Mainly in writing: if a call is needed, we arrange it.
Changes retain their history and are agreed in writing.
You can ask questions at any time from your account.
How we price projects
Know what we will build, what it costs and the timeframe before you commit. The price is fixed for the agreed scope; any additional work is priced and accepted before it starts.
Structure of each proposal
Deliverables, acceptance criteria and agreed timeframe.
Included revisions and delivery tracking from your account.
Complexity, work, providers and integrations. We suggest phases where useful.
Deposit on acceptance and balance on delivery approval; milestones for longer projects.
Hosting, AI usage and external services, itemised and in your name where possible. Optional maintenance.
Deliverables, access, data and transfer terms, in writing.
Steps, decisions and exceptions to resolve. Recording an enquiry involves less work than handling it.
Each connection adds access requirements, terms and sometimes third-party costs. Each is assessed separately.
Ready copy, branding, data and access reduce the work. Missing items become part of the scope.

Who is responsible
Pablo
I'm Pablo, the founder of Taldrivo. I review your quote and oversee delivery. You have someone to ask, in English or Spanish, and a place to follow progress.
We work mainly in writing so you can review each decision at your own pace. If it makes sense to use a tool you already have or begin with a small phase, we include that in the proposal.
No external action without authorisation.
The AI assistant helps you define it; I review the proposal.
Before you start
Price, timing, scope and delivery: what to expect when preparing a project with us.
Describe what you want to improve or build. You do not need to choose the technology: we review your process and propose a solution or an initial phase with a defined scope.
Not necessarily. We review what is worth keeping and what can be connected. Each integration depends on that tool's permissions, terms and costs, and is specified in the proposal.
Yes, for the scope and terms of the reviewed proposal you accept. If you request additional work, we agree its price and timing before starting it. Included revisions, maintenance and external service costs are identified separately. See how we price projects.
In the proposal, before you commit. It also defines when the timeframe starts: once the deposit, materials, access and capacity are confirmed. Timing depends on the project; a website and an application with several integrations involve different work.
The proposal and privacy terms specify the data needed, the providers and the hosting. Your team has access according to their roles. You can request export or deletion, subject to applicable retention limits. Use fictional data in this preview.
The deliverables and access listed in your proposal, with criteria for checking them. We also agree the documentation, data, domain where applicable and transfer terms. Maintenance is optional and purchased separately.
No. The labelled scenes use fictional data to explain what can be built. Example documents are not Taldrivo quotes. This website and the client area are our own development; no client case studies have been published yet. Explore the examples.
The AI assistant opens to help define your idea. You can ask questions and clarify details without giving your email. To request a quote, open a project in your account and add your idea and materials there. An estimate is indicative; Pablo reviews the final quote before it is issued. A conversation does not generate it automatically or commit you to a purchase.
Have another question?
You can ask before preparing an enquiry and request that Pablo continues the conversation.
