A business website needs to explain what you do and make the next step easy to take. When someone sends an enquiry, it should also be clear where it arrives and who can handle it.
Taldrivo defines the project around that journey: content, pages, forms and the connections you need. A reviewed proposal sets out the scope before you commit.

Content and pages
What visitors need to understand your service and decide whether to contact you. We review the available material, the pages required and who supplies or approves the copy and images.
Languages
If the project includes English and Spanish, each version needs reviewed content, its own URLs and navigation to the matching page. Translating labels is not a substitute for a complete page in the other language.
Forms and enquiry destinations
We agree what information to request, why it is needed and where it should go. A form that delivers to an inbox and one that creates CRM records have different scopes.
Use and verification
The scope defines checks for mobile, desktop, keyboard access, navigation, forms and error states. Accessibility and performance checks are specified; they do not in themselves establish certification or real-world results.
Collecting an enquiry goes beyond the submit button
Where a connection is required, the project should define what confirms receipt and what visitors see if it fails. It should also address recovering pending enquiries and avoiding duplicates when a request is retried.
The receiving system may require permissions, a licence or additional configuration. These requirements are checked before committing to an integration.
If the follow-up process also needs work, we can assess a custom CRM or an existing tool that fits.

Domain, hosting and maintenance
The proposal establishes who manages the domain and hosting, what access is handed over and which costs recur. It also specifies the content, revision allowance and rights to use the materials.
Maintenance is agreed separately. Adding pages, languages or integrations after scope is agreed requires a review of the change.
