How we price your project
The cost of a website, CRM or application depends on what it needs to do, which systems it must connect to and how the finished work will be accepted. We start by defining that scope.
If the project is a fit, we prepare a reviewed proposal with a fixed price for the agreed work. A conversation or an initial estimate is not a binding quote.
What we need to understand
- Your goal: the work you want to improve and the result that would meet your acceptance criteria.
- The current process: the people, steps and tools involved.
- The initial scope: what is essential now and what could wait for another phase.
- Data and integrations: what information exists, where it lives and which systems need to exchange it.
- Materials and timing: available content, required access and any important dates.
A practical example is a useful starting point. You do not need a technical specification or customer data to request an initial assessment.
What affects the price
An information website and an application with several user roles involve different work. Languages, integrations, the quality of data to be migrated and the rules to be tested also affect scope.
For example, delivering an enquiry to an inbox differs from checking whether a contact already exists in a CRM, assigning an owner and handling a failure in the receiving system.
If you have a budget in mind, we can consider a phased approach. Your stated budget or country is not a price multiplier: the project scope and costs determine the proposal.
What the proposal should cover
| Part | What is agreed |
|---|---|
| Deliverables | Included pages, features, connections and materials. |
| Exclusions and dependencies | What is outside the scope and what you need to provide. |
| Acceptance and revisions | How the result will be checked and which revisions are included. |
| Price and payments | Amounts, currency, applicable taxes, deposit and other milestones. |
| Timing and start conditions | When work can start and what must be in place first. |
| Maintenance and exit | Agreed support, access, data, deliverables and licences. |
This table explains the structure of a proposal. It is not a price list or an issued quote.
Separate project costs from ongoing costs
Domains, hosting, licences, email, APIs and AI usage can create additional costs. The proposal should identify what is included, what you purchase directly and how any variable charges are calculated.
Maintenance is optional and agreed separately. A fixed project price does not include unlimited new features, support or usage.
What happens when scope changes
A new integration, another language or a changed business process can affect the work and schedule. Changes are reviewed and agreed before they are carried out, so you can decide with their impact in view.
There is no general 48-hour delivery promise. Timing depends on the prepared scope, available capacity and agreed start conditions.
