A CRM built around your workflow

A CRM should help you see what each contact needs, who is handling it and what happens next. When that information is spread across several tools, review the process before adding another one.

Taldrivo assesses what could be solved by configuring an existing CRM and what might justify bespoke development. Each proposal has an agreed scope. We do not offer a standard CRM for immediate activation.

When custom development may make sense

  • Your process has rules or permissions that current tools do not represent well.
  • You need to connect information from several systems while preserving the relationships between records.
  • Enquiries pass between people without clear ownership of the next step.
  • Data access and export need to meet specific requirements.

If an existing product supports the process with reasonable configuration, building another system may add maintenance work without enough benefit.

Example scope: from an enquiry to the next step

A service business receives enquiries through its website. A project could define:

  1. A record containing the necessary enquiry details and their source.
  2. A rule for detecting a possible duplicate contact.
  3. An owner and a visible next action.
  4. Permissions that control what each role can view or change.

The exception also needs a clear outcome. If the system cannot confirm whether a contact already exists, it can hold the enquiry for review rather than create repeated records or falsely report completion.

This is an example of possible scope. It is not a client case study or a demonstration of a CRM already delivered.

Data, permissions and integration

Before migration, establish the fields, data quality and relationships that must be preserved. Testing a sample allows the result to be reviewed before agreeing the full transfer.

Integrations require checks on authorised access, provider limits, duplicate handling and failure behaviour. Naming a tool does not establish that its integration is available.

The scope should include a way to review roles and permissions, export the agreed data and understand the maintenance required.

What you can verify today

Taldrivo has its own portal for managing the relationship between client and agency. That portal is distinct from the operational CRM a business uses with its own customers.

Your business’s opportunities, pipeline stages, imports and payment flows are assessed as project requirements. They are not automatically included because our portal has management features.

How the quote is defined

The process, user roles, migration and connections affect the work involved. A reviewed proposal sets out deliverables, exclusions, acceptance criteria and a fixed price for the agreed scope.

How we price software and CRM projects

If enquiries start on your website, we can also assess that entry point: connected business websites.

Describe a follow-up scenario

Tell us what happens between an enquiry arriving and being handled, which tools are involved and where you need better visibility or control.

Prepare my project quote. The conversation prepares your enquiry. It does not activate a CRM or issue a binding quote. You can also email info@taldrivo.com.
