Connect your tools while keeping control of your data

When an enquiry has to be copied from a website to a CRM and then another tool, its source can get lost and versions can drift apart. Taldrivo defines integrations around the data that needs to move, who can change it and how to confirm it arrived.

We first review your systems and available access. A public API or a tool’s name does not guarantee that your account or plan supports the connection you need.

Map the connection

Decision Example of what needs to be defined
Source and destination Website form and CRM enquiry record.
Data Request reference, email, service and date; only necessary fields.
Direction Sending to the CRM or exchanging data both ways; these are different scopes.
Authority Which system takes priority when two people change the same value.
Permissions Authorised account, allowed operations and access revocation procedure.
Outcome How receipt is confirmed and who reviews pending items.

Share tool names and versions or plans if known. Access is arranged later through an agreed channel; we do not need passwords in an initial enquiry.

Example: a website form to CRM without a repeated enquiry

One possible scope gives each enquiry a reference and tracks its delivery status. If a visitor resubmits the same enquiry, that reference allows the previous outcome to be checked before creating it again.

Recognising the same enquiry is different from deciding that two people are the same contact. A shared email address or changed phone number may need review. Rules for linking or merging contacts are agreed separately and should not delete data on an uncertain match.

This is a design example, not an active connection to your CRM. The enquiry-to-follow-up demo offers an example to review within its published limits.

Errors, retries and reconciliation

A usage limit may require waiting; revoked permissions need intervention. If a timeout follows a data submission, the destination should be checked before repeating an operation with side effects.

The scope should specify what stays pending, how many retries are allowed, when they stop and how source and destination are reconciled. Error records should help recover the work without unnecessarily exposing personal information.

What is demonstrated and what needs assessment

Item Status and limit
This Taldrivo website Visible work of our own; it does not establish a connection to your tools.
This page’s form-to-CRM example Illustrative design for defining requirements; not a provider test.
Connection to your system To assess: API, plan, permissions, fields, limits and an agreed test.

This page presents no third-party connector as active. Before committing to one, the proposal should identify the system and version, review date, tested operations and limits of the test environment.

Integration costs and maintenance

The number of systems, fields, synchronisation directions, volume and error recovery affect the work. Licences, usage and maintenance are detailed separately from development. API, permission or data structure changes may need adaptation.

A business website defines the entry point; a CRM, the follow-up; workflow automation, the decisions between steps. We can scope just the missing connection.

Tell us what information you copy today

Describe the source, destination, data that needs to move and what happens if it arrives late or twice. A fictional example helps assess the work without sharing customer data.
